FIELD: conversion of energy of sea waves and high tides; drives for electric generators and different machinery. SUBSTANCE: power plant includes closed trestle, pontoons, bell-crank and oil pumps. Besides that, it is provided with oil tank equipped with filter and hydraulic accumulator. Pontoons are provided with rods articulated to load-bearing struts of trestle. Suspended to said trestle is bell-crank with blades mounted for engagement with oil pumps located on trestle for delivery of oil from oil tank to common hydraulic accumulator communicated with manifold fitted with hydraulic valves ensuring stable pressure of oil in hydraulic accumulator in case of change in power of sea waves and high tides. Guide chute mounted under bell- crank is provided with base and guide walls. Hydraulic equipment of power plant is insulated from outside action, thus facilitating servicing and enhancing reliability of plant. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
