Environmental complaint registration via the Internet involves development and exploitation of a portal site on the Internet allowing complaints from private persons, companies, organisations, such as excessive noise, unpleasant odors and similar to be officially registered with the appropriate authorities via E-mail. The system involves a specially developed data base, enabling the causative source of the environmental problem rapidly to be traced. Specially developed conversion software enables optionally for the environmental complaint data to be received by direct input for the software used offline by the competent authority.
