FIELD: technology of production of dry reducible nutritious mixtures for functional alimentation. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, mineral and enzyme additives. Mixture is impregnated by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared in the process of extraction of biomass of Pythium insidiosum micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, and pressure is relieved up to atmospheric one. EFFECT: increased stability of final product during storage life.
