FIELD: natural substances, technology of production. SUBSTANCE: invention describes method of pectin preparing. Method involves drying pectin-containing raw, its hydrolysis-extraction, separation of liquid phase and isolation of end product from the latter. Drying pectin-containing raw is carried out in the combined convective and superhigh-frequency energy supply, at flow density of superhigh-frequency energy 1-5 kWt/m2 and frequency 2.4-2.5 HHz. EFFECT: simplified technology, increased yield, enhanced quality of pectin. |
