FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining symptom gradation and verifying somnographic parameters based on question sheets data and earlier prepared basic marker symptoms of disease and boundary values of polyimmunographic indexes. Respiratory disorder severity degree is determined and therapeutic, stomatological or surgical correction is applied. Noninvasive lung ventilation is applied in extremely heavy cases. Severity degree and volume of surgical and/or stomatological treatment is stepwise evaluated with treatment volume being changed according to therapeutic level grade. Method involves determining criteria of administration and evaluating efficiency of pulmonary noninvasive ventilation, surgical treatment and stomatological correction.
