FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves sorting, treating by antiseptic and washing of seeds. Used as antiseptic is 0.0001-0.005-% solution of potassium permanganate. Processed with antiseptic and washed seeds are dried up to 10-15% content of moisture. Seeds are treated with antiseptic by spraying or sinking them into solution.
