SUBSTANCE: recording method includes detection of image fragments whose frequency is within frequency band inconvenient for perception, that is images have high- amplitude brightness and rate of change of these images coincides with critical frequencies inconvenient for perception. In order to avoid this drawback fragments having high-amplitude flickers and frequency critical for perception are eliminated. EFFECT: provision for comfortable viewing of television images.
