The pulley sheave consists of two flanges (1, 2) separated by one or more spacers (3), a pulley wheel that turns between the flanges on an axle (8), an upper hole (5) through the flanges for connecting the sheave to a fixed support or similar, and a lateral hole (6) for a spring hook carrying a load cable lock. The sheave has an additional lateral hole (7) opposite the first to receive a spring hook for a line carrying auxiliary equipment. The two lateral holes (6, 7) are in line and equidistant from the pulley axle and the upper hole.
