PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem such that control in a sub-code generating circuit becomes complicated, because of having to update and generate the initial value of time information in data at every formation of one packet. SOLUTION: In the sub-code generating circuit which generates a sub-code, before writing, sub-code part data including sub-code part data in which time information and information other than time information are shown are incorporated in a memory from a previously written region. In writing, data required for the writing are generated from the sub-code part data read from the memory.
