The use of a heparin binding (HB) epidermic growth factor (EGF), or a HB-EGF receptor inhibitor, or ErbB receptors, or an associated transduction routes inhibitor, to prepare medicines to induce apoptosis and/or inhibit the proliferation of IL-6 dependent plasmocytary tumoral cells.
