PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising system, a server thereof, an advertisement delivery method thereof, and an advertisement delivery program thereof by which advertisements by voice being delivered automatically through communication network, for example Internet, etc., based on the advertising charge, etc., are selected precisely and are delivered efficiently. SOLUTION: This advertising system which delivers advertisements through communication network 100 is characterized by being provided with following means: a database 30 in which records of information about advertising charge of each sponsor whose advertisements are delivered and information about delivered frequencies up to this time of each sponsor whose advertisements are delivered are recorded; a means 32 which selects a sponsor whose ratio of advertising charges subtracted from the ratio of the advertisements delivered frequencies is least and decides the advertisement of the selected sponsor as the next-delivering advertisement; and server equipment 20 which compiles a web-page to regenerates the advertisement by voice decided as the next-delivering advertisement and delivers it to user terminals 10 through the communication network 100. |
