<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a part electrically connecting to an element electrode at wiring, and to provide a high-quality image using the pixel array of higher density with an image forming device which uses an electron source substrate, in which a plurality of column-direction wirings and a plurality of row-direction wirings formed on them through a band-like insulating layer are formed, an electron releasing element containing an electrode pair is disposed near the intersection of wirings in both directions, and one of the electrode pair is connected to the column-direction wiring while the other is connected to the row-direction wiring through an opening provided at the band-like insulating layer. SOLUTION: Related to an element electrode 2 connected to a row-direction wiring 25, the amount equivalent to a plurality of electron releasing elements is formed with a common electrode along the row-direction wiring 25, and a second insulating layer 22 is formed at the intersection at least with the column-direction wiring 23 of the common electrode.</p> |
