PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call origination information processor capable of improving the quality of a subscriber's line transmission system by surely detecting the deadlock of software or malfunction of hardware. SOLUTION: The call origination information processor is provided with a call origination detector equipped with a first call origination information detecting part, a first call origination information difference detecting part, which are composed of hardware, and a first call origination information updating part composed of software, a deadlock detecting part equipped with a second call origination information detecting part composed of hardware, a second call origination information difference detecting part, a second call origination information updating part and a call origination information difference comparing part for detecting a difference between the output of the first call origination information difference detecting part and the output of the second call origination information difference detecting part. By the signal of a specified logic level outputted by the call origination information difference comparison part, the deadlock of the first call origination information updating part is detected.
