PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to perform video editing in which frame synthesis is successively applicable for every scene only by selecting source information and scenarios. SOLUTION: A video editing software is installed in a video image processing device to read source information and perform video-editing from the source information. The software comprises a step 2 for inputting the source information, a step 3 for selecting source information to be edited from among the plural pieces of inputted source information, steps for selecting a scenario (4) from the edited source information and selecting a script file (5) corresponding to the selected scenario, a step 6 for analyzing the descriptive contents of the script file and editing the source information according to the descriptive contents, and a step 7 for outputting the source information after being edited as an editing output file.
