PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-and-drink which is capable of increase power of concentration and power of attention and also to sustain the power of concentration and attentiveness in the predetermined level for a certain length of time by taking the food-and-drink. SOLUTION: A composition which is capable to increase the power of concentration and attentiveness and also to sustain the power of concentration and attentiveness in the predetermined level for a certain length of time by taking palatinose. Further, the present invention provides the food-and-drink containing the composition to sustain the power of concentration and attentiveness.
