SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRESENTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide presentation technology for indicating a reference place and obtaining natural operability even when a large-sized screen is used. SOLUTION: A presentation system displays an image on a screen and indicates a point in the image with a light spot by using a pointing device. An image recognizing means extracts the light spot indicated by the pointing device from the image picked up by an imaging means and detects the position indicated by the pointing device. An image generating means generates an image having a symbol added at the position. The image with the added symbol is displayed on the screen by an image display means.
