PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that when a cut-off sheet is below the surface of the water (the surface of the sea), a ship is prepared and water borne work is executed, and moreover, repairing work accompanies diving work, as a result, hard work, time, and a considerable amount of money are required. SOLUTION: The cut-off sheet, the method for detecting broken parts thereof, and the repairing method are characterized in that a plurality of pipes, to which plural through-holes are provided around, are arranged at a prescribed interval inside the bag-shaped cut-off sheet of which the surrounding of a sheet material is sealed, the broken parts are detected by confirming bubbles discharged from the cut-off sheet by injecting air into the cut-off sheet via the pipes, and also, by stopping suction and confirming the presence or the absence of the rise of the pressure after internal pressure is set to prescribed pressure by decompressing inside the cut-off sheet by suction via the pipes, and moreover, the broken parts are repaired by pressing in a repairing material inside a block having the broken parts via the pipes.
