PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information signal recording method by which the correlation between adjacent tracks can be removed, by using a scramble signal generated from a cyclic code in which the value acquired based on an address value of each sector is made to be an initial value. SOLUTION: In the information signal record method in which an information signal S3 is made to scramble with a scramble signal S2, a signal generated from the cyclic code in which the value acquired based on the address value of each sector is made to be an initial value, is used as the scramble signal when recording the information signal S3 on an information recording medium 5 having circumferential information tracks. This allows the correlation between adjacent tracks to be removed and stable tracking control to be obtained.
