PURPOSE: Provided is a machine for making noodles by heating dough using frictional heat generated by the rotation of a screw axis in the first time and then passing through the travel path of the dough in the second time. Therefore, the heating degree of the dough by frictional heat is selectively controlled by a consumer, thereby increasing the quality of noodles. CONSTITUTION: A first cylinder(20) is horizontally constructed on one side of a frame(10). A rotational axis(14) is connected to a rear end of a screw axis(21) for forcibly pushing the dough sent from a hopper(22) constructed at a specified position of the upper part of the first cylinder. The dough in the first cylinder is pushed while simultaneously being rekneaded by the screw axis and heated between a first taper surface(27) of the screw axis and a second taper surface(38) of the first cylinder. A first extrusion plate for extruding the dough into strips is removably connected to a discharge hole of the first cylinder.
