摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a DC power transmission system which can stably operate against a change of an operation point of short capacity of a AC system and resonance of a DC circuit, and ensure responding performance. SOLUTION: The controller is provided with a DC current detecting means 8 for detecting a current flowing in a DC circuit, a DC voltage detecting means 9 for detecting a DC voltage output of a AC-DC converter, and means 19, 22 for outputting instructing values for controlling a phase angle of the AC-DC converter by using the first adding circuit 11 for inputting signals of the detected DC current and the DC voltage, comparing them with control instructing values and outputting the difference, a servo circuit for multiplying the difference by a gain and integrating a result, a state estimating means 14 for inputting outputs from the servo circuit and the detecting means and estimating a state quantity of the DC power transmission system, a state feedback circuit 15 for multiplying the state quantity estimated in the state estimating means by a control gain and the second adding circuit 16 for adding outputs from the state feedback circuit and the servo circuit, and generating gate pulses for controlling the phase angle of the AC-DC converter by using the instructing values for controlling the phase angle and outputs from phase detecting means for detecting phases of voltages on both electric station buses.
