PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the moving picture distribution capacity of a moving picture server is mainly affected by a CPU load when creating a moving picture output packet, and moving pictures can be distributed only to the limit band of a network I/F since the moving image server has only one normal output network I/F. SOLUTION: A network control section for receiving a moving picture data distribution request requested by each terminal and a network control section for transmitting the requested moving picture are divided. When the request received by a host network control section 20 is a moving picture distribution request, a main control section 21 requests a distribution card 22 to distribution moving pictures. The distribution card 22 creates a transmission packet by a processor 221 based on data that are acquired by a data storage section 23, and is distributed through a card network control section 225. |
