<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination and depression in illuminance in a light irradiating apparatus by evaporation of monomer and to control evaporation of monomer itself. SOLUTION: A light transmitting film 7 is set between a photopolymerizable composition layer 4 on a substrate 1 and a light irradiating apparatus 21. While moving the film 7 against the photopolymerizable composition layer 4 in a noncontact state, inert gas is supplied from a nozzle 24 between the light transmitting film 7 and photopolymerizable composition layer 4. Thereby, light transmitted through the light transmitting film 7 is irradiated on the photopolymerizable composition layer 4, and liquid coolant is sprayed from a cooling mechanism 22 on the substrate 1 in a process of light irradiation. Therefore, the photopolymerizable composition layer 4 is cooled and the evaporation of monomer is controlled.</p> |
