TECHNICAL PLAN CREATION METHOD, COMPUTER SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system (10) and a technical plan creation method that create a technical plan for a particular process using at least one computers (12, 14). SOLUTION: A rule-based logical model is provided to a particular process to receive data related to the particular process. This data is compared with the logical model to identify data exceptions for the logical model rule. Data is formatted to create a technical plan including the exceptions. Next, the technical plan is output for review. An event communication method and an event communication system are provided for use on a distributed scanner/workstation platform.
