PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver or silver alloy wiring, capable of attaining a low resistance in a connecting line in a printing circuit, remarkably usable as a substrate for displaying panel, and excellent in oxidation resistance. SOLUTION: The sliver or silver alloy electrically conducting layer 32 is covered and laminated with an electrically conducting protective layer 31 formed of a highly oxidation resistant material or a material which is less prone to raise resistance even when oxidized. Materials having a high oxidation resistance are Cr, Ta, W, Ti, Mo, which have a high melting point, or their alloys, Al, Al alloy, which form a nonconductor on the surface so as to prevent oxidation from proceeding into the interior thereof, metal oxides such as ITO, Tin oxide, metal fluorides, metal nitrides, and Sn, Zn, In and Mg which are less prone to raise resistance even when acidified. |
