PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of freely regulating a receiving area in accordance with the amount or the kind of a matter to be received. SOLUTION: The variable receiving area 16 and another are 17 are formed by a movable partitioning unit 13, movable while being engaged with a belt 14, and the belt 14 through a belt type variable supporter 12 equipped with the belt 14 connected to both side surfaces 9c of the vessel through the movable partitioning unit 13, engaged with a vegetable receiving vessel 38 whose upper part is opened, to change the size of the areas freely whereby a storage space determined in accordance with the receiving amount of the matter can be provided.
