PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain condensate generated on a vertical angle frame to an optimum place. SOLUTION: A draining plate 20 made of a synthetic resin is bonded on the outer surface of the vertical angle frame 11. The draining plate 20 is provided with two sheets of plate surfaces 21, orthogonal to each other, and the widths of each plate surfaces 21 are slightly wider than that of the outer surfaces of the vertical angle frame 11 while the upper rims 22 of the same are slanted with down slopes toward the outside rims of the same. Receiving pans 30, bent by planking work, are mounted below the draining plates 20. The upper and inside surface sides of the receiving pan 30 are opened and the bottom plates 31 are slanted with downward slopes and are projected inward from the terminal rims of the side plates 32 while the projected ends are faced to the upper positions of drain pans. When water produced from condensation is generated on the outer surface of the vertical angle frame 11 and flows down, the same is received by the upper rims 22 of the plate surfaces 21 of the draining plate 20 and flows along with the slopes, then, is dripped thereafter along the terminal rims of skirt parts 23. The dripped water produced from condensation is received by the receiving pans 30 to flow inward along the slope of the bottom plates 31 and, thereafter, drips from the tip ends of the bottom plates 31 into drain pans.
