PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent suction of the concentrated fuel vapor by an engine in diagnosing the leakage in a fuel vaporized gas treating device and to easily and accurately diagnose the leakage. SOLUTION: In this fuel vaporized gas treating device provided with a leakage diagnosing and controlling means 15 capable of performing the purge control for controlling an opening of a purge valve 8 corresponding to an operating condition of the engine while keeping a drain cut valve 11 in an opened state, and performing the leakage diagnosis of the system 20 from a fuel tank 2 to the purge valve 8 with the system 20 closed, a pressure detecting means 9 is mounted to detect a condition of the internal pressure of the system 20, and the leakage diagnosing and controlling means 15 closes the system 20 and measures the variation of the internal pressure of the system 20 to diagnose the leakage when the internal pressure of the system 20 becomes negative pressure of less than a predetermined value during the purge control.
