PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension for a telephone set and a suspension holder to the suspension which enable a user to properly use his/her telephone set or the like without using his/her hand, to watch a picture or listen to the voices during receiving or transmitting by the telephone set or the like by holding the telephone set at a proper position for watching and listening. SOLUTION: In the suspension 1 for portable telephone set, the portable telephone set T or transmitter/receiver or handset of a telephone set is hung on an article to be mounted on a human body in the state of enabling a call, the suspension 1 is composed of an arm part 1a attaching a base end part on the back of the telephone set T or on the back of the transmitter/receiver or handset of the telephone set to be freely rotated and a hook part 1b provided to the top end side of the arm part 1a to be hooked on the article to be mounted on the body, and the suspension can be tilted in the direction of the width relative to the portable telephone set T or transmitter/receiver or handset of the telephone set.
