PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-panel installation structure which is excellent in its construction efficiency and fully ensures an installation strength. SOLUTION: In a structure where a male-screw member, whose turning is inhibited on a wall panel, and a construction frame of a building is secured by means of a nut and a clamp, a plate member with an orifice and an engaging portion is mounted between the wall panel and the clamp unit in such a way that the male-screw member fits and goes through the orifice on the plate member and that the plate member is placed in order not to be turned relative to the wall panel and the male-screw member. The clamp, then, is engaged over the male-screw member together with the nut to be fastened so that the clamp unit is fixed without being turned.
