PURPOSE: A specific position informing service is provided to register a position of a terminal of a specific region in a base station and automatically notify a voice message to a caller when a call connection is requested to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a power of a terminal(210) is turned on when a user is located in the first lecture room, a position of the terminal is successively registered in a base station, a directional receiving antenna(440), and an in-building polarization antenna(420). If the user turns on the power of the terminal(210) in the first lecture room, the position of the terminal(210) is registered in the in-building polarization antenna(420). If the power of the terminal(210) is turned on when the user leaves the first lecture room, the position of the terminal(210) is successively registered in the in-building polarization antenna(420), the directional receiving antenna(440), and the base station. If the user turns off the power of the terminal(210) in the first lecture room and turns on the power of the terminal(210) in the outside, the position of the terminal(210) is registered in the base station.
