PURPOSE: Provided is an instrument for surgical operation with a screw for vertebral pedicle and a rod fixing tool combined which reduces operation time and raises exactness in operating damaged parts of thoracic vertebra and lumbar vertebra so that it prevents patients from being contaminated. CONSTITUTION: In the instrument for surgical operation which combines the screw for vertebral pedicle(20) in operating for fixing skeleton and fixes the rod fixing tool(30), the instrument for surgical operation with the screw for vertebral pedicle and the rod fixing tool combined is characterized by inserting the rod fixing tool into a head part at the lower edge and combining with a head part of the screw for vertebral pedicle to bind the rod fixing tool at the same axis as the head part of the screw for vertebral pedicle.
