METHOD, SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR CREATION OF SHOPPING MALL ENVIRONMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a shopping mall which is highly useful for a user by obtaining conditions of use from both the user and shops in providing the shopping mall and to especially provide the shopping mall which is matched to the living area of the user. SOLUTION: Individual use condition, conditions of shop, merchandise and sales target are registered by a user terminal 10 and a shop terminal 30 to a shopping mall managing server 20. Menu screen information or its control information is transmitted to the user terminal 10 by the shopping mall managing server 20 in response to an access by the user terminal 10. Then, a menu is selected by the user terminal 10 and this is transmitted to the shopping mall managing server 20 and when the selected menu requires shop or merchandise information, an exclusive screen information is created matching the individual use condition of the user and this screen information and its control information are transmitted to the user terminal 10.
