<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image reproduction control method that reduces a feeling of incongruity given to users, and can maximize the transmission efficiency of moving image data. SOLUTION: There are a storage for storing moving image data where information in paragraph on meaning is added; a storage for maintaining another information; a control section that monitors the traffic of networks and lines, schedules access to the moving image data, at the same time, recognizes that the same moving image data are being read from a plurality of terminals, controls the deviation time, at the same time, takes out and transmits the moving image information for interrupting reproduction at the break of meaning according to requests, at the same time, changes input and output destinations for controlling, and at the same time instructs the display of the information stored into the storage in a terminal to a terminal side; a plurality of terminals through the networks and lines that can transmit the moving image information; an apparatus in the terminal for displaying moving pictures; a storage in the terminal; and an apparatus for summing up the number of times and time when another information is inserted.</p> |
