PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and a program which guarantees presenting condition of a commodity on internet auction that has higher reliability of commodities presented in the auction and objective evaluation by a judge. SOLUTION: This system is managed by an auction organizing group D, which organizes internet auction, and provided with an auction Web system DW which discloses presenting condition of the commodity presented by a exhibitor A, a commodity judging group E which has a judge C who judges whether the presenting condition of the commodity disclosed on a homepage of this auction is identical with the actual condition of the commodity or not, and a judgment result disclosure and settlement Web system EW which is managed by the commodity judging group E and discloses the result of judgment of the commodity by the judge C and the result of evaluation of judging ability of the judge C by a bidder B who wins a bid for the item, and which settles the payment for the item when the bidder B wins a bid.
