PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature-rise values of a power transistor of an inverter unit, and further, thermally stabilize inverter control parts and enhance the reliability of the inverter unit. SOLUTION: This device has an inverter substrate 22, a cooling duct 30 and a partition plate 25, and a gap is installed at the inverter substrate 22 side from the cooling duct 30 side, and by arranging the partition plate 25, a cooling air 31-b of the power transistor 28 part is rectified, and because the cooling air 31-c flowing in the inverter control parts 29 part is obtained, this results in that the temperature-rise values are suppressed.
