摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an air rate of a cooling air into a magnetron and secure a cooling performance of the magnetron by positioning an air guide in a by-path of the air. SOLUTION: While electric parts in different positioning relations have been cooled by the same parts by sharing parts in high-frequency heaters of different depths, because a distance between the magnetron and an orifice gives a great influence on the cooling performance of the magnetron, there are such problems that there is non-oscillation or the like of the magnetron and that the cooling air does not reach the magnetron and the temperature of the magnetron rises as the distance between the magnetron and the orifice becomes larger. In this case, by installing a flange which has plural grooves on a surface of the upper part of the orifice 7 and which is bendable at arbitrary places, the same orifice 7 can be used for the high-frequency heating devices of different depths without additional parts, and the cooling performance of the magnetron 2 can be secured. By that, the constitution inexpensive and having a high reliability can be realized.
