PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method for an information signal that can remove the correlation between adjacent tracks using a part of a scramble signal redundantly. SOLUTION: A part of the scramble signal is redundantly used in the recording method for the information signal that scrambles an information signal S3 with a scramble signal S2 when recording the information signal S3 into an information recording medium 5 having a spiral information track. Thereby the correlation between the adjacent tracks is removed and a stable tracking control can be achieved.
