PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creation method for the working curve of an absorption spectrum in one substance in a mixed substance. SOLUTION: A noise component amount at each wavelength is calculated on the basis of the absorption spectrum of a single substance, the light receiving spectrum at a concentration of zero of the mixed substance and a plurality of light receiving spectra with a changed composition ratio are sampled, the processed wavelength of each light receiving spectrum is set at a prescribed wavelength as a wavelength setting stage, a noise component amount at the prescribed wavelength selected from the noise component at each wavelength is subtracted from the light receiving spectrum at the concentration of zero and from the light receiving spectrum in each composition ratio, an extinction at the prescribed wavelength in each composition ratio is calculated, the prescribed wavelength is changed to other prescribed wavelengths, a processing procedure is returned to the wavelength setting stage, the same processing operation is repeated, extinctions at the other prescribed wavelengths in each composition ratio are calculated respectively, a multivariate analysis is performed by using the extinction at each wavelength and by using data on each composition ratio, and the working curve of the prescribed substance in the mixed substance is created.
