摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calibrate a noise component and to quantitatively determine a prescribed substance in a mixed substance. SOLUTION: In the quantitative-analysis calibration method, a noise component amount is calculated at a calibration stage, and the concentration of the prescribed substance in the mixed substance is calculated. At the calibration stage, a zero spectrum and a standard spectrum are sampled, a transmittance is calculated on the basis of the prescribed concentration of the standard spectrum and on the basis of an ideal extinction coefficient so as to find the noise component amount, a prescribed wavelength is changed to other prescribed wavelengths, the same processing operation is repeated, and the noise component amount at each wavelength is integrated. At an ordinary measuring stage, the measured spectrum of the mixed substance is sampled, the noise component amount is subtracted from the measured spectrum and the zero spectrum so as to calculate an extinction, the prescribed wavelength is changed to the other prescribed wavelengths, the same processing operation is repeated, extinctions at the other prescribed wavelengths are calculated, the extinction at each wavelength is integrated, and the concentration of the prescribed substance in the mixed substance is calculated on the basis of a preliminarily found working curve.
