PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a banner flag, preventing a flag main body from soaring up when fanned by wind and capable of being easily assembled. SOLUTION: The side edge part 4 of a flag main body 1 is cylindrically sawed, thus forming a cylindrical side edge part 4a, which a flag pole 2 is fitted into, so that the flag main body 1 is not unsightly soared up when fanned by wind. Further, a conical body (with a hanging ring) 8 is fixed to the breast part of the flag main body 1 and the self-weight of the conical body prevents the flag main body from soaring up. The breast part 6 is fitted into the ring part 8c of the conical body (with the hanging ring) 8, so that the conical body (with the hanging ring) 8 is not released during use and is free from scattering and robbery. A cushioning body is formed on the conical body (with the hanging ring) 8, which conical body does not damage a man or commodity while the banner flag is being used. The self-weight of a magnet prevents the soaring of the flag main body and prevents the conical body from falling off as well.
