JUNCTION BOX AND CONNECTION METHOD OF BUS BAR AND ELECTRIC WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim reduction of cost by simplifying a connection structure between a longitudinal bus bar which constitutes an internal circuit in a junction box and an electric wires of an external circuit. SOLUTION: The strap-like longitudinal bus bars 13 which are lengthened in the X direction are placed parallelly in spaces apart in an upper case 12 and a lower case 14 of the junction box 100, and an electric wire connection block 16 in which large number of cavities 16 for electric wire insertion of the external circuit is installed protrusively on an outer surface of the case which corresponds to a location of the longitudinal bus bar 13 in the upper case 12. A core wires which is exposed from an end of the wire w inserted to each cavity is connected by arc welding with the longitudinal bus bar 13 without using a terminal and a required internal circuit is constituted.
