<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic parallel device which allows easy setting of the optimum incremental time while achieving more accurate control by reducing replacement of hardware parts. SOLUTION: The voltage on the system side and the voltage on the dynamo side are input to be converted into the digital value by analog to digital(A/D) conversion part 51, whereby the voltages in two systems are compared. By so doing, a control signal for matching frequency, voltage and phase, and a breaker throwing command for throwing a breaker which connects between two systems are formed by a software control part 52. While outputting the command through an output relay part 53, the output timing of the breaker throwing command is adjusted by the software control part 52 by using the time difference from the output of the breaker throwing command to the input of a breaker throwing feedback signal 57.</p> |
