IMAGE DATABASE, AND IMAGE CONTENTS RETRIEVAL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a contents producer to provide more accurate contents information than ever to another party who desires to acquire object information and to enable a user to retrieve contents information without influenced by provided information such as a title or a comment selected by producer's own criteria by converting and registering linguistic information of entire moving image into a database. SOLUTION: The user can more accurately know the moving image and the matter of contents and acquire information more accurately without being influenced by the title or the comment attached by the contents producer by expressing the description or the introduction of the contents in character information by using a caption or a markup language in the contents including sounds of explanation, an interview or the like to be registered in a streaming server in advance together with the moving image and by registering the character information to a retrieval engine which is prepared as a database.
