PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push nut a plenty of which can be packed into bags or the like in a random order with some of them without getting caught in one another and whose fitting time is shortened to be able to improve working efficiency to a large extent. SOLUTION: A push nut 1 made of a thin metal plate comprises a base portion 10 with a bolt inserting hole 20 drilled in the center thereof, a plurality of bolt locking pieces 30 extending from the base portion to the bolt inserting hole and engaging the bolt B, and elastic foot pieces 50 combined directly to the base portion and positioned between a fitting member M and the base portion 10. Slits 40 are formed by drilling between external peripheral edges of the base portion and the bolt inserting hole, and the external peripheral edges of the base portion produced by the slits are folded downward to be designed as the elastic foot pieces 50.
