PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise of a fan and prevent the damage of the fan by keeping the balance of the fan. SOLUTION: A connecting member 3 is removed to change the connecting position relation of a blade part 1b to a boss part 1a, whereby the rotation balance of the fan 1 is struck, and the boss part 1a is connected again to the blade part 1b by the connecting member 3.
