PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cylindrical section of an upper reception seat that is inserted into the punched hole of a floorboard from being rotated, to reliably fix the upper reception seat to the floorboard, and to perform fixing operation rapidly and easily. SOLUTION: The floorboard support apparatus comprises a floorboard 1 having a punched hole 2, an upper reception seat 10 that is fixed by putting a flange section 5 formed at the lower end of a cylindrical section 4 to the rear side of the floorboard 1 while the cylindrical section 4 where an internal thread 3 is screwed is inserted into the punched hole 2 from the rear side of the floorboard 1, and a leg body 6 for adjusting the height of the floorboard 1 from a floor foundation 21 such as a concrete slab while an external thread 7 that is screwed into the internal thread 3 of the upper reception seat 10 is cut. In the floorboard support apparatus, the external thread 13 is cut to the outer periphery of the cylindrical section 4, the cylindrical section 4 is pushed into the punched hole 2 by press force for allowing the thread section 13A of the external thread 13 to bite into the inner-periphery surface of the punched hole 2 and for fixing to the floorboard 1 of the upper reception seat 10, and the external thread 13 of the cylindrical section 4 is screwed into the punched hole 2 by the rotation in the same direction as the rotary direction of a direction for lowering the leg body 6 in the cylindrical section 4.
