PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple guide sign which is light in weight, easily mountable and can cope with every situation since disorder tends to be arised during evacuation at the time of emergencies such as an emergency state and an unforseen disaster, it is difficult to quickly and safely perform evacuation guiding, and the guide sign is required to be easily installed even by a sick person, an aged person and a child. SOLUTION: Emergency sign plates, on which signs such as a guiding display to a safe evacuation place at the time of disaster such as an earthquake and fire are marked and which are expected and prepared beforehand, are covered directly from over cones and installed, and made as simple stand-type signs for emergency guiding by using the signs such as the arrows and the guiding display.
