PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store abnormality record information including the content of an abnormality and the operating state of an air conditioner upon occurrence of an abnormality in the air conditioner and to erase the abnormality record information upon occurrence of a new abnormality. SOLUTION: The abnormality record information storing unit comprises means for storing abnormality record information including the content of an abnormality and the operating state of an air conditioner upon occurrence of an abnormality, means for acquiring the abnormality record information including the content of the abnormality and the operating state of the air conditioner upon occurrence of an abnormality in the air conditioner and writing that information in the abnormality record storing unit, and means for prohibiting overwriting on the abnormality record storing unit by the abnormality record writing means.
