PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data broadcast receiving device in which, even if a user is away from an installation site of the device, the user can obtain information fulfilling predetermined conditions through a phone line, etc., and an interactive operation is available so that the user can use services relating the digital data broadcast based on the received information through the device while away from the installation site. SOLUTION: A receiving device 100 is provided with an antenna unit 1, tuner unit 2, a demodulation/decoder unit 3 as a decoding means, an error correction unit 4, a transport decoder unit 5, a control unit 9, a random access memory 10, a read only memory 11, a flash memory 12, a first modem 13, a network control unit 14, a system bus 16, a channel control unit 17, a voice processing unit 19, a timer 20, an automatic searching/transmission unit 21, a command analysis unit 22 and a second modem 25, and the like.
