PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding bobbin which can change its winding width without replacing the winding bobbin, and reduce its keeping space. SOLUTION: This winding bobbin comprises three divided bobbins of an upper bobbin 11, a middle bobbin 12 and a lower bobbin 13, and the middle bobbin 12 can be locked in the upper bobbin 11 and/or the lower bobbin 13 in an arbitrary position. This locking means can be arbitrary. The winding width can be determined arbitrarily by lengthening or shortening the effective width of the upper bobbin 11 and the middle bobbin 12.
